katie & taylor get married OR share the joy

Katie & Taylor got married last June at the 4 Eleven in Fort Worth and we loved it so much we’ve been planning to share it here since then- and thanks Corona, we have time y’all.

Katie and Taylor met us at Katie’s brother’s wedding- and since then Katie has wanted us at her wedding. Listen- this is the best kind of compliment for us. When you have a couple who loves and appreciates your presence on their day so much that their siblings hire you…we could not imagine a cooler job, or a bigger privilege to be a part of two of the biggest days in one family’s life.

Their day was an incredible meeting of their best friends and families, in a really beautiful venue. Every detail of the 4 Eleven was well thought out, and a total photographer’s dream. A bride and groom don’t need things to be perfect on their day for it to be perfect, but the 4 Eleven sure made things lovely.

Katie had thoughtful words and gifts for her family and bridesmaids, and Taylor was so happy and peaceful with his groomsmen all day. The moment Katie and her Dad walked her down the aisle didn’t leave a dry eye in the house- she is his only daughter and the joy and pride was beautiful to witness. From their family portraits to the speeches their friends and parents made, the day was beautiful.

We hope you all enjoy this little peek into what it was like for Katie & Taylor to celebrate their wedding. May their joy be your joy as your imagine your wedding, or remember what it was like to promise forever to your someone.

Check back soon for more wedding days. In these days of little connection outside of our own home, we want to share that it won’t be like this forever!

benjamin & sarah get married OR texas rose gardens in winter are awesome

Sarah and Benjamin grew up living in different places around the world. Their parents served in different parts of the world as missionaries throughout their lives, and there is a weird timeline where they would have missed each other. But they didn't. They knew each other, became friends, and moved on with their lives. It wasn't until later, after both having relationships with other people, that they reconnected.
